Denison Gas is conducting a workover on its Yellowbank-6 well to bring it back to production. Yellowbank-6 is located approximately 1 km north-west of Yellowbank Central Treatment Plant. The Yellowbank-6 is a dual-completion well, targeting natural gas in the conventional reservoirs of the Rewan Formation and Aldebaran Sandstones (~580 meters and ~1260 meters below the surface respectively).

In the past week, Denison Gas had successfully pulled out the old tubing in the well. The next step is to insert new tubing and perforate a Rewan zone to increase the gas flow after completion. The program is anticipated to complete this week.
