- Denison is the operator of the exploration, production and pipeline licenses, the processing infrastructure and gas fields, except as explained in Note (2) and (3).
- Denison has a 100% beneficial interest in these permits above the “Shallows Stratification Boundary” and is the operator. Below this boundary under the South Deeps JV, Denison has a 50% beneficial interest and is the non-operator for the Deeps resources. All historical and current production is derived from above the “Shallow Stratification Boundary”.
- Denison was appointed a the preferred tenderer for ATP 2060 (Tender area code PLR2020-1-10) on 17 Sep 2020, and is in the process of finalising the ATP award process.
